Meet Milon Pitts, Milon is the Director of Operations at Arizona Custom Blends and one of the first employees hired to help build the structure and success of the company. Milon is a philanthropist by nature and has dedicated his life to mentoring and helping people. He did turn this into a career and has worked in the non-profit sector for over 20 years. Although, he has changed industries to manufacturing in the health and nutrition world he still coaches’ football and is mentoring co-workers every chance he gets. The decision to pursue the health and nutrition industry stems from his deep-rooted interest in promoting the overall well-being of a person.  He believes that a healthy lifestyle is the cornerstone of helping people fulfill their life's mission.

His results focused style, strong leadership and organizational skills makes him a top candidate to any successful business and we are very grateful he is a part of our wonderful team. Milon is a key puzzle piece to the amazing success of our company and his “roll-up the sleeve” approach and hard work is why the company continues to get better every day.
