Capabilities

Blending

We have various-sized blenders from 14 to 150 cubic feet allowing service of large, medium and small production runs.  We have no minimum run sizes.

Packaging

We provide a variety of packaging options.

For bulk project, we fill totes, drums and 50-pounds heat-sealed bags.

For consumer products, we fill canisters, large gusseted bags, and sachets

Encapsulation

We have both automated, high speed encapsulation for large projects and semi-automatic encapsulation for smaller projects.  Our automated packaging lines allow for real-time capsule inspection and packaging in bulk or bottles.  We currently have tooling or “1”, “0” or “00” sized capsules.

Label Printing

We have equipment to produce professional quality labels in-house.  You provide the PDF or use our contracted graphics designer to help you bring your ideas to life.

Flexibility

We provide all services from product development to completed packaging design.  You choose the level of service best for you.  We will provide full turn-key service or simple tolling and everything in between.
